Professional Profile

Prof. Chi-kong LI currently is Research Professor at Department of Paediatrics of The Chinese University of Hong Kong, and honorary consultant at Prince of Wales Hospital and Hong Kong Children’s Hospital. He had been Chief of Service of Department of Paediatrics, Prince of Wales Hospital from 2004 to 2014. Dr. Li is specialized in paediatric haematology, oncology and stem cell transplantation. He was the past Continental President of Asia of International Society of Pediatric Oncology. His main interest is in childhood leukaemia, palliative care and bioethics. He has published over 400 peer-reviewed papers, written chapters in 6 books and editor of one book (H-index 56).
